I. Job Content
1. Be responsible for front - desk reception, document receiving and sending, phone answering and transferring, and access control management and other administrative daily affairs.
2. Be responsible for monthly company attendance review and statistics, complete attendance reports, and assist in completing some personnel - related work.
3. Be responsible for the procurement, distribution, registration, inventory, and daily maintenance of office stationery and equipment of the company.
4. Assist in completing the registration, statistics, cataloging, allocation, inventory, and disposal of the company's fixed assets.
5. Organize various activities for company employees, such as employee birthday parties, sports activities, tourism, and physical examinations.
6. Be responsible for the supervision and management of the sanitation and greening of the company's office area.
7. Handle other emergencies and assist in completing other relevant work assigned by the leadership.
II. Job Requirements
